The upcoming LG KT770 looks like a solid device. It offers a a 2.8 inch TFT display and a 5-megapixel auto-focus camera. LG seems to be intent on releasing several 5 MP camera phones this year. But the phone should also function well or else it'll be nothing but a digital camera.
